What happens at your free hearing test?
A full free hearing test will take approximately 30 minutes. It involves a thorough examination of your hearing. The audiologist will examine your ears to see if there are any physical reasons for your hearing loss, it may bze a simple case of a build up of wax.
During the listening test you will be played a series of sounds through headphones and you will be asked to press a button when you can hear a sound. the test will assess your ability to hear a range of sounds including frequency and volume. At the end of the test you will be given the results along with recommendations on how to improve your hearing.
We would recommend that you are not by yourself in the hearing test so that you can measure the improvement of a familiar voice.
